It looks like you just can't keep a (no) good (womanizing, adulterating, disbarred, felony convicted, power-abusing) man down. Kwame Kilpatrick is back and appears to be taking the circus on the road, this time to Dallas, TX. Maybe he and Bush can be golfing buddies? *Odd Couple theme song begins to play.*
But honestly, Mitch Albom has a point. Compuware lays off 250 people the same week they offer a convict, who's been out of jail one whole week, a 6-figure salary job. And he's flown down on a private jet by his mother...The dishonorable U.S. Representative Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick. Man...I didn't know being a Congresswoman paid so well...So much for the old adage "crime doesn't pay." As Yakov Smirnoff would say, "What a Country..."
