Those that think Capitalism is the problem need to read this. How does the government supplying one company stimulus money, over others, suppose to be "fair" competition? I thought lobbying had no place in the Obama Administration? Well, I guess old habits die hard...

The government has no place in our bedrooms nor our boardrooms. If you a politically connected, no matter if there's a D or R in control, you will succeed.
BTW...Assistant Secretary of Energy Cathy Zoi, who is an appointee that oversees the government's crash weatherization program, just happens to be married to Robin Roy, Serious Materials VP of Projects and Policy!
This is not capitalism. This is Big Government picking winners and losers depending on who has the best relationships with those in power.

Turns out the company has not taken any money from any Federal agency. Not a dime. The story was apparently placed by a large window manufacturer in MN and left out all the key details. Serious really does make windows that are 3X better than Anderson from an energy efficiency standpoint (that is in the public database).
